Baccalaureate Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Health & Human Services or Registered Nurse licensed to practice in the state of Indiana and an Indiana Case Management Certification preferred. Any Baccalaureate Degree acceptable. Experience assisting the aged and disabled populations preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and email familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures helpful. Current Driver's License and use of automobile required.

Duties of a SWIRCA & More Options Counselor may include, but are not limited to, providing options counseling to aged and/or disabled individuals seeking long-tern supports and services; conducting comprehensive person centered assessments on referrals who are requesting to receive government subsidized in-home services; meeting clients' needs through advocacy and connecting them with community resources; conducting assessments on individuals who have requested nursing home placement through the Pre-Admission Screening Program; and creating action plans/care plans to address the needs of individuals.

Assist Resource Linkage in fulfilling duties of the department by helping to organize and coordinate office operations. Assist with procedures and resources to facilitate effectiveness and efficiency with all members of Resource Linkage Staff.
High school diploma. Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures and basic business principles. Must be dependable and punctual. Strong skills in computer competency, time-management and organization. Must be able to maintain an enthusiastic professional attitude within a stress related atmosphere.

Meals on Wheels of Southwestern Indiana, a division of SWIRCA & More is seeking to hire a part-time driver to deliver meals to homebound elderly clients in the Evansville area. NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS! Schedule is Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. Travel approximately 25-30 miles per day with a $0.43 per mile reimbursement. Must have dependable & reliable transportation, valid driver's license, insurance, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test. Must be able to lift 20 pounds. Position is available immediately.
High school diploma or equivalent. At least one-year driving experience and drivers license.
