What can I bring into the festival?

You Can Bring:

  • ID (all attendees must by 21+)
  • Paper ticket or online ticket
  • Ready to have a super fun fantastic time attitude!

I bought tickets but now I can't go/I'd like to upgrade or downgrade my tickets. Can I get a refund/tickets to another event/will you help me sell them?

Unfortunately, no. We can't refund tickets. You can upgrade your tickets before hand by bringing your ticket and the remaining balance to SWIRCA & More office. On the day of the event, go to the front gate and bring your ticket and the remaining balance.

How can I volunteer?

Email Rachel Rauch to learn more about the different Brewfest volunteer opportunities available and how you can sign up. We always need volunteer pourers, check-in staff, set-up and take down crews, etc.

Will drinking water be available at the festival?

Bottled water stations will be located in the center of the field.

What happens if it rains?

This is a rain or shine event. There will be no refunds for ticket sales if it rains. All the money that is raised for tickets will be donated to SWIRCA & More. If severe weather hits, we will assess whether to cancel it or not.

Where can I park?

Street parking near the event is first come, first served.

Do I have to wait in line to enter?

Probably. If you arrive before your designated entry time you will be required to wait. Lines will be separated and signs and line coordinators will help guide you to the right entrances.

VIP won't have to wait in line if they arrive on or after 5 pm. If you arrive before 5 pm, you will be requested to wait until the festival opens.

General Admission ticket holders will be able to enter through the main entrance at the front of the park on Franklin Street. Once the gate opens at 6pm, please be ready with your tickets because the line will move quickly.

How will I get home safely?

Please plan to have a designated driver purchase a $10 DD ticket and accompany you to Brewfest or take advantage of the free safe ride home provided by Logan's Promise. A Lyft code will be provided at the event.

You can purchase tickets at the door both with cash and credit cards.

What do I do if I lost my ticket?

If you're at the event and lose your ticket, please go to the Will Call line for help.

What will I drink beer out of?

You'll get a souvenir cup from which you can drink as many samples as you like. Attendees caught drinking from anything other than the official taster will be escorted from the event.

Will I get a map/program at the event?

Yes, and we'll post it online before the event.

How does the spirits section work?

By state laws, you are only permitted to enter the spirits section twice during the festival. Each time, you may only consume one 1oz sample per vendor table. Anyone caught abusing this rule will be escorted from the event.

Will I need extra money?

Yes. All of the samplings including beer, wine, and spirits, along with food samples and all other activities are included in the cost of your ticket. Some food vendors will be selling food at the event, so if you would like purchase additional food, please bring extra cash. There will be additional items for sale including promotional items, raffle tickets, half pot, and more! If you would like to participate in these events, please bring extra cash.
